Q: I would like to use The Wheel of Progress within my organization with the ulitmate goal to develop great products. Does this usage fall under a „commercial use“ definition and therefore requires a commercial use license?
A: As long as the The Wheel of Progress is used within an organization we do not regard it as a commercial use that requires a commercial use license.
Q: I am a consultant or work for an agency and would like to use The Wheel of Progress in my work with a 3rd party, e.g. customers. Is this use considered a „commercial use“ and therefore a commercial use license is required?
A: Yes, this is considered a commercial usage and requires a license. However, we will require a skills certification in order to use The Wheel of Progress commercially. Along with the certification we will grant a commercial use license.
Please contact us if you are interested in using The Wheel of Progress for commercial purposes or when you are in doubt that your intended use is considered non-commercial.
